I have had crab omelette before but definitely not in this way. The omelette sat on a bed of egg yolk, NOM NOM. The way they deep fried the egg with the mix of Japanese curry is special.

Instagramable for all the matcha lovers out there! I am always eager to try matcha tiramisu because it isn’t available everywhere. Personally I expected a stronger matcha flavour. I guess it’s time to make my own matcha tiramisu.
