Adorable gyoza face!

Poached Chicken Gyoza (5 pieces) AU$ 8

Hmm, I have nothing much to say about the chicken gyoza, because the flavour is what I would have expected. The gyoza wrapper is nice and thin, as you can still see the fillings through the wrappers.

Grilled Duck Gyoza (5 pieces) AU$ 9

This is my first time ever trying gyoza filled with duck meat. Surprisingly, the flavour tastes more like chicken than duck.

Grilled Whole Prawn Gyoza (3 pieces) AU$ 8

This is the most interesting gyoza. There is literally a whole prawn inside the gyoza! The size of the prawn is satisfying, and I had it together with the recommended dipping sauce, which is 1 part rice vinegar with 2 parts soy sauce and chili.

Pork Belly Kakuni AU$ 13

The pork belly is not great and it is quite salty to finish the dish without a bowl of steamed rice, so we ordered one straight after the first bite.

Tebasaki Wings AU$ 7

The wings are very salty and I didn’t really enjoy it. I had it together with my rice as well.

Agedashi Tofu AU$ 7.2

Japanese’s Agedashi tofu is one of my favourite tofu dishes, especially its sauce, yum.

Rain Drop Cake AU$ 8

Here is the pretty rain drop cake. It looks like a big water drop and the texture feels like jelly. The matcha syrup tastes much like condensed milk. The other side of the cake is crushed pistachio. This dessert is delicate, sweet and light, a lovely ending to the meal.
