Barbecue pork on rice
Awww, the yolk came broken. I would say this is definitely not the best cha siu (barbecue pork) in Hong Kong. However, it is decent enough for me to go back for it every time when I am in Hong Kong.
The meat is juicy, go with the plum sauce and you get the taste of heaven! I haven’t had any Chinese barbecue in Sydney that is close to standard in Hong Kong so far. To all Sydneysiders, do not give up on Chinese barbecue after those disappointing experience in Sydney. Come visit Hong Kong and you’ll know.

Very disappointed. Okay, first thing’s first, I got tricked by the name of strawberry affogato. I didn’t realize it was coming with a warm chocolate instead of a shot of espresso. All I could taste was the scoop of Mövenpick strawberry ice cream. The chocolate and ice cream simply didn’t blend together. I’ll stick with original affogato from now on. If you want ice cream, go get it somewhere else.

Pan Fried Chicken Curry HK $122
Hot, hot. It’s green curry with chicken. Not bad but I am sure you can get something better at authentic Thai restaurants around Kowloon City.
Chargrilled Cod Fish HK$ 198
This is not my first time having this dish. The cod fish is always nicely cooked, soft and smooth.

Lychee Peaches and Cream Ice Pops HK$ 45
It was promoted as 100% natural and handmade. There are three other flavours available, Passion Fruit Pineapple Mojito/ Mango Sandia Lima Con Paprika/ Green Apple Cucumber Ice Tea. The one I was having tasted more like berries and coconut, nothing close to lychee. I think it could be a light and healthy cooling snack in burning hot summer?
Mozzarella Gravy Chips HKD $42
So so. You can get better chips somewhere else.
